Hallo , I have a wrt54gs v2.0 with RC4
I want the 4 ports of the switch to be treated as a separate, individual ethernet interface.

I know that there is a tool ''Robocfg'' for this job but I think it wont works on mine wrt as it says

'' Robocfg is a utility written by Oleg Vdovikin to enable the hardware configuration of the Broadcom BCM5325E/536x ''

and my wrt have bcm4712

So any other way ... with nvram , ?

Yes you can do it with nvram variables and is probably the preferred method. Here's someone else that started nearly the identical thread today:
