I'm trying to move from OpenWRT to HyperWRT because I am a windows n00b and OpenWRT is too hard for me

Anyway, I've followed the steps outlined here: http://wiki.openwrt.org/OpenWrtDocs/Deinstalling
And I got all the way to the end and then the following output:

root@OpenWrt:~# ./mtd.static -e linux -r write hwrt.trx linux
Writing hwrt.trx to linux ...
Unlocking linux ...
Erasing linux ...
Could not erase MTD device: linux

Any help appreciated. I don't want to brick my WRT...
