Topic: DHCP request for unsupported hardware type

Trying to use pppoe over ppp0 interface and dhcp connection over vlan1 interface.
pppoe is dialed and working fine but after udhcpc -i vlan1 -q I get:

info, udhcpc (v0.9.9-pre) started
debug, Sending discover...
debug, Sending select for 192.168.150.189...
info, Lease of 192.168.150.189 obtained, lease time 14400
adding dns 192.168.144.8
adding dns 212.7.9.34

and lots of this, like 5-6 of them in one second yikes :

kern.warn dnsmasq[524]: DHCP request for unsupported hardware type (0) recieved on vlan1
kern.warn dnsmasq[524]: no address range available for DHCP request via vlan1

Using RC4 and all configs are default. Router is setup to work with pppoe condition (wan_proto=pppoe)

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
