Can anyone recommend a VOIP provider in the US whose service works with White Russian and Asterisk?

I like NuFone (http://www.nufone.net): Pre-paid (via PayPal, no minimum), 2 cents/minute, supports IAX and SIP, and a toll free number to boot (same 2 cents/minute rate applies). I have also used Broadvoice (http://www.broadvoice.com) who offer an unlimited in-state plan at $10/month and unlimited World plan at $20/month. I use the NuFone service with my WRT54G running White Russian. I don't see any reason why Broadvoice wouldn't work with it as well.

I have good experience with http://www.exgn.net , they terminate both SIP and IAX, prepaid. 1.39 c/min to US, very competitive international rates.
