Hi,

I'm a newbee,

I have a Linksys WRT350N v2

I have installed OpenWRT on it and it was working well

I have add a new bridge with Eth0 to test and understand how it works

I have suppress it ............

- Result (If i understand well)
All ports using eth0 to talk togethers stop working

I can see WIFI signal
and i can logg in with wep key i have set at start

but when i hit WRT IP in web brower, no way to acces web interface
same result if i try to connect it by RJ45

I need your help to reverse the situation

1°/ First i find here this message here in this thread page 21

with all needed and a Procedur, Software and RecoveryFirmware to be used !
but the Pb was that at the end i was still unable to logg'into WRT by IP
(maybe the IP of the rooter in the Firmware Linked was not 192.168.1.1, i try several IP without success)

2°/ Then i find the OpenWRT wiki page here http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/linksys/wrt350nv2
that describ the same procedure named "Flashing and Recovery Methods" by "Download Mode"
and as linked in the Wiki page
i used the openwrt-wrt350nv2-squashfs-recovery.bin CFW as linked to achieve unbrick my WRT350-N v2
that alow me to Logg'Into WRT350N v2 using the stadard IP 192.168.1.1

Now my Pb is to find a way to Upgarde to the CFW file openwrt-wrt350nv2-squashfs-webupgrade.img
that i have installed at the begening before i've "brick" the WRT350 by mystake ......

at start thete is the LINKSYS Firmware and i use the "squashfs webupgrade.img" from WEB GUI of the Linksys OFW

and when I try update it with openwrt-wrt350nv2-squashfs-webupgrade.img file
from the Web GUI of the Recovery CFW that i used (dowloaded as linked)

no success, I've got error message regarding the OpenWRT file compatibility

when i try to use openwrt-wrt350nv2-squashfs-webupgrade.img file
of the openwrt-wrt350nv2-squashfs-webupgrade.img file ?

what are the difference between

CFW openwrt-wrt350nv2-squashfs-webupgrade.img
and
CFW openwrt-wrt350nv2-squashfs-recovery.bin (the one who running now in my rooter)

At first (if i remember well)
i was using/running CFW openwrt-wrt350nv2-squashfs-webupgrade.img

I note that they don't have the same GUI

and if i'm not wrong the "recovery.bin" one is less powerfull than "webupgrade.img" CFW

can some one confirme me it please
