Topic: Buffer Overflow Detected during Compilation

Hi,

I'm trying to compile firmware for a Netgear WNR2000v3, which is a modified version of OpenWRT 7.09. I've correct a few issues that have popped up while compiling GCC 3.4.4/3.4.6. However, now I'm getting a buffer overflow message:

*** buffer overflow detected ***: mips-linux-uclibc-ar terminated

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Use an old distro to compile it.

Using Kubuntu 8.04 to compile it worked. smile Thanks!
