Topic: How to setup a Radius Server on TL-WDR3600

Hello everyone,

I am searching the web for days, but i think i've found the solution: Flashing Open-Wrt.

The thing is i would like to setup my WDR3600 as Radius server so i can enable Wifi roaming between AP's.
With just WPA2-Personal it won't work. My devices will connect to the strongest signal but the connection to the internet is lost.

Now i've found this: http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/tl-wdr3600 with a link to this: https://dev.openwrt.org/changeset/33219/

But to make a long story short, i don't know and can't find any instructions on what files i have to download and how to set it up.

It might be a stupid question, but hopefully someone can help me.

Many thanx in advance! big_smile

I've installed open-wrt on the WDR3600, also i've installed the freeradius package, but how can i set it up?

Can you please say how could you install openWRT on wdr3600? Do you know if this trunk version is based on blackfire?

The discussion might have continued from here.
