I have read a lot stuff about installing openwrt in this router for first time. But the wiki page is no so clear (I promise update it after I have openwrt + luci web interface working on this)

I found this topic about how to install openwrt with atftp

I needs the file:

http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/ … s-tftp.bin

but I can see other file:

http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/ … actory.bin

So, I'm not sure if the second file works for intalling it by the buffalo web interface directly.

Anyone knows how I should install it?

The link with instructions you gave has the tftp.bin file dated as March 2012.
Attitude Adjustment is newer (Nov 2012), so should work too:

snapshots are built by robots who do things in their own good time. If you have to go with snapshot/trunk, best build it yourself. But that's another can of worms.
