Hi
I want to run OpenVPN server plus Obfsproxy on OpenWRT. My question is that what router is recommended for this job? In terms of traffic, it only needs to handle a small handful of users. 
I also want it to be able to run a web interface like LuCi and it would be great if the bootloader is FOSS

Take a look at the Buffalo WZR-*G300NH Devices, they have lots of Flash and Ram, you'll love them if you need power.
