Topic: olsr configuration problems

Hello,

got some problems setting up olsr between a wrt54g (v1.x) & wrt45gs (v4) (both openwrt v4)
I started configuring based on a tutorial i found (http://wiki.opennet-initiative.de/index … ntable=yes)
but no success :S

things i did:
- wlan in ad hoc on both ap's with identical settings (essid: test, key: off)
- defined wlan ip's on both ap's (confused here: should they be in same network? (think not, because olsr sends information to 255.255.255.255))
- configured olsrd.conf like in tutorial

on both AP's I configured correct eth for wireless devices because they differ.
default firewall script from openwrt is active.

so anybody a clue about the problem(s) that i'm facing?

nobody ever set up a mesh using olsr or aodv?
the problem is not the olsr config but the ad-hoc mode that isn't working... hmm
