Topic: Installing luCI without internet

Hi,

I just installed openwrt  on my TP-LINK MR3040v2. Unfortunately this model does not have an attitude adjustment firmware and so I installed the trunk version. This version does not have the web interface, and so I wanted to install it following this:http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/howto/luci.essentials

But the issue is, my laptop is connected to wifi (with internet) and ethernet (router is connected to this). But somehow, when both these are connected simultaneously, I am not able to get internet on my laptop. Hence I am not able to install luCI from the net.

I saw the minimal offline install section, but dont know where to get the packages from.

So, I'd be grateful if you can advice on how to install luci without the net or how to enable wifi via CLI on the router
