hi all, I bought this router 3g wifi, I'm trying to access files with ftp server but can't. I only access via web (192.168.169.1) maybe an update of software can help me...

Someone can help me? I can install any version of OpenWRT OS?

An OS needs a device specific instruction set and drivers and as such OpenWRT works on specified hardware - usually devices reconisable by brand-name, model and version number.  Your router seems highly "generic" even anonymous, so I doubt it works with OpenWRT out-of-the-box.

Use ralink 5350F

Ok, so you have a match for the SoC: read read read those wiki pages and google - beware that you can brick your device and probably will if you try one of the pre-made images unless it is a match for your device.

Looking at the one pic it is a FLO(U/W)RE(O/D)N (sp??) - doubt it will work without modification.

Not unless someone knowledgeable ports OpenWRT/DDwrt to the device and usually fringe brands such as this are not worth a devs time.

if you want added functionality on a soho router, the way to start is to read and research the OpenWRT wiki and forums, identify a supported brand, model AND version with the features you desire and then go buy that. For an ordinary user, there really is no other relatively painless way.

The discussion might have continued from here.
