I made a 25mm openwrt router named VoCore recently, now it is on igg.me/at/vocore. Could anybody tell me how to commit my dts(based on RT5350) to openwrt source code? Do I need some special privilege?

One will need to have a write access to commit source to any OpenWRT server. I strongly recommend that you go to #openwrt-devel Freenode IRC channel and ask this question there.
