Hello, yesterday i tried to replace the 4MB memory on my mr3220 with a winbond 16MB. I flashed it using arduino but when I desoldered the old one one of the pads (number 6 of the chip) lifted up. Is there any way to recover it?
(pictures soon)

Have you made any progress with this???  Lifted pads are bad.  You may have to scratch the green coating off of the board with a blade to try to find the copper path underneath that the pad connected to.  Then, you'll have to somehow solder to that.  This can be quite difficult & will cause some suffering.  You'll need a bright light & a good magnifying lens or jeweler's loupe.

Not yet, i bought some solder wick from aliexpress in order to clean the area better from solder, let's see what i can do when it arrives, for now i'm stuck
