Hi guys, i have a DI-524 lying arround, and was trying to turn it into something usefull.
This baby has 16M of NOR flash, and a 64Mbit RAM , as stated in the datasheets:
http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/e … ND/2744817 << Flash
http://www.etron.com/manager/uploads/EM … rev3.2.pdf << RAM chip
The processor is an RT5050F.
It looks quite simillar to DIR-300, both hardware and layout-wise. SO, what you more experienced guys say, is it an endeavor worth pursuing, or this thing is a dead end?
I managed to get the serial working. Normal boot looks like this:
Jboot B434M
JRecovery Version R1.1 Copyright 2010/02/08 13:46 by Jon
Flash MXIC-2249 0xBF000000-0x200000 x16
p chksum error a451
CSID 6E20->6F01
.......
Starting kernel @80000000...
€
After that there is no output. If during early boot i press random keys, i get a bootloader menu:
Jboot B434M

Flash MXIC-2249 0xBF000000-0x200000 x16
