Something weird: Compile a stock OpenSSL with the OpenWRT supplied compiler. Works great on a WRT54G v2.0 but on a v1.1 it throws a floating point exception.
Has anyone seen this? I've also seen it mentioned in a thread about OpenVPN (which uses OpenSSL).

I had the same problem what you have described. On this page I made a description of how I got my WRT54G Ver. 1.2 working with OpenVPN in tls-server mode.
