fail safe in wirshark show is in fail safe mode
but no ping to 192.168.1.1
so i try to using second way is serial connection
i do it with different router is work perfect
using cable DKU-5
and i recover it as nothing happen
but with this type of router no way to get read from board
i do short using screwdriver
ok i get some output in
putty - setting is
Speed baud :- 115200
Date bits      :- 8
Stop bits      :-1
Parity and Flow control :- None
---------------------------------------
but i can not write and output in putty is not full correct output in screen

Is it like the 741 (v4) where you have to add a wire to the bottom of the board?

Without this mod, you can receive data from the router but not send any in.
Also, sometimes resistors are intentionally left off the board at the factory and have the same effect.

Make sure your adapter is running at 3.3v.  Never try to use 5v signals on a router.
