Topic: remote upgrade from wan interface

hi all

how to remotly upgrade router via wan interface ??
i've opened ssh port on my rc4 -> upload rc5 image -> do "mtd -e linux -r write image.trx linux" -> router reboots itself hmm
firewall goes to default settings so ssh on wan iface is cut and now i can't access the device sad

- In standard images, ssh is disabled until you set a password. The only way is telnet or http.
- However, access from wan is blocked so you have to go from LAN or WIFI.

i'm looking for how to do this remotly

i think you would have to compile your own image with the SDK to enable telnet and ssh on the wan side by default..... i think that would work
