I'm trying to get my TP using this tutorial
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t35Pei_eb6o but I get random codes with the CP2102 and the photo adapter.

When the pay point 3v3 CP2102 windows does not recognize properly and not connected to the system recognizes but with aleatoreios codes.

I followed the tutorial, but uploading reaches only 78 or 80% and the router restarts. Alguma dica?

can you upload "wireshark  saved data" somewhere ?

and maybe you doing  ?   ;

"continuously press the reset button "

PunBB bbcode test

from line 15723   rom transfer seems ok.

after flashing the board should restart itself and boot into OpenWrt.

because frimware is working .

unplug the power, wait a bit, replug, the system should be freshly working...

please wait 1-2 minute for ready router.

if still router seems not working  ;

maybe rom.bin file is damaged or wrong file. please check  md5.

it must be openwrt or factory image file.

please try another .bin file

regards.

micro

i saw your 2. wireshark data.

it twice upload rom file to router successfully.

but i saw something different ...

PunBB bbcode test

line 15636 first upload ends then ;

PunBB bbcode test

after 5 second.

15671 line reupload starting to router.

why  automatically  starting second upload process  ?

however  after upload rom router should  restart normally ...

there  is a problem ...

TFTPD always shows who uploaded up to 78 or 80%.
The first attempt was in a tutorial like yours, but with similar effects, have any idea doque might be going on?

With TftpGui the router does not restart so fast and the transfer was longer, but when reports that this completes the router restarts without returning to work.

Follows the record of Wireshark.

Thanks for the help, I tried again using the serial adapter and believe it was the wrong configuralçao of me simply as connected as it should, could continue the tutorial video and WIKI OpenWRT to install the system, the topic can be closed.

for tftp recovery in wdr4300 its not working from all OEM images. Because  none of openwrt factory and tplink firmware images are accepted by bootloader. Its only possible way to recover use serial console.
tftp recovery mode fully works on these tplink factory images: 3.13.33(130617) (english version) and TL-WDR4300_V1_130506_RU ( russian version).
