I have used OpenWrt-SDK-Linux-i686-1 for compiling/building an iozone package for wrt54g router
The problem is that at the end .ipk is not formed.
I did the following :
1) Using BuildingPackages HowTo I managed to create the environment and successfully compile strace which is one of the examples.
2) Then i tried compiling iozone3_260
3) by building ouw own makefile and doing the required steps as mentioned in the docs it compiled but the .ipk was not formed

Could you elaborate on the problem you saw and how you fixed it? This way anyone with a similar problem in the future can use this is a reference.
hi... that was jst a simple problem....
there was an error in makefile which i reviewed and corrected....
