Hi, I'm a beginner with OpenWRT. I just started a project with OpenWRT on RaspBerry Pi 2 with a Realtek WiFi USB. I pulled a newest OpenWRT source code from trunk, enable rt8188eu which is the driver of Realtek WiFi USB, But when I boot up the board the wireless config file was not automatically created in /etc/config/wireless. I could enable wireless by using command 'ifconfig wlan0 up' and connected to the AP by using wpa-supplicant. I have tried 'wifi detect' command to create wireless config file but the command show nothing. I'm stuck so anyone could tell me how to make OpenWRT automatically create the wireless config file?

8188eu is a staging driver and not supported by mac80211
Thank for your reply. If 8188eu is not supported then could you refer me some WiFi USB that has been supported by mac80211.
