Topic: openwrt NTFS mount problems

But why can not find NTFS hard disk option in the drop-down menu mount entry?

Log into your device, execute "block info", and post the results here.

NTFS and FATnn partitions do not have a UUID but a serial number. Any pseudo reference to such is courtesy of the OS.

N.B. the serial number is significantly shorter than a UUID

As Max Hopper pointed out and your test confirms, NTFS volumes do not have an UUID; you should identify the device using any of the other methods available.
