It seems some of below packages for MT7688 have not been updated to support Apple device with iOS10. I tried the cross-compiling, but failed.
Packages
libplist libusbmuxd libimobiledevice libimobiledevice-utils usbmuxd libusbmuxd-utils

Please give me a advice in case you have the experience with MT7688 which works with Apple iOS10 devices. Thanks a lot.
