Hi,

does openwrt support RFC 7710?
That is does the DHCP server send this option (!60)?

You can configure DNSMASQ (the DHCP server in OpenWrt) to send pretty much any option.

Yes, it would be nice if captive portal packages like CoovaChilli did the configuring so that the option is only set when there is a captive portal.

Actually it seems that CoovaChilla supports rfc7710 == ChangeLog (CoovaChilli-v1.3.2) ==

So the next question is whether clients e.g. Android uses it
