I want to limit the upload rate to 50Ko (400kbps) connection per connection.
If a user have 3 htt p connections, 1 ftp he can upload 400kbps * 4.
I want to do this with iptables if possible.
An idea ?

how to control a rate limit upload by request ?
I'd recommend gargoyle for this, which is openwrt based with advanced qos rules.
