is it tested does do brick? what are the test results is there some negative behavors or errors after flash from stock
It works. When a build for a particular model reaches the release stage, it's been well tested. It's a generic ath9k machine so it is very similar to other models that have been in use for a long time.
The memory chips in that model are barely large enough, so you have to be careful of running out of memory by installing or running too much stuff. In particular if you want to VPN you should look at the LEDE forum's community builds for 4/32 machines.

is there for all chips of v4 901 or all works good without brick or lose wan/lan i dont know what chip do i have on my hardwer there is what writed on back on the router http://tinyurl.com/ycfwvjrv
All the WA-901 v4 are the same inside. It will have a 4 MB flash chip and 32 MB RAM chip. Use this firmware:
