Theoretically, yes (if you write a package for them) - in practice, no (no kernel headers to compile them on the running system). However for the purposes of running OpenWrt, rather than a desktop distro, you hardly need them either.
I would love to get a hint on how to do it (get vbox guest additions running on openwrt), as I am trying to create a LEDE vagrant box.
why do you need the guest additions?
