I recently bought a LAFALINK LF-DR3800 Wireless Router Dual Band 2.4 / 5.8GHz which does seems to have Openwrt firmware installed . the following are its chipset:

its an MTK7620A+MTK7612E chipset

the issue is uf i open its setup its all in chinese and the address open like thiis:
192.168.8.1/cgi-bin/luci
the page says to download an app to configure the router which is in Chinese and it requires a china mobile number to activate it.
17-wifi is the software required to configure it.

kindly help me out. as i am no expert for bricking a routers firmware.
