Topic: Hostapd on wgt634u with wpa and Win2K: no connection!

Hi community,
I have a wgt634u and am running nearly latest build of kamikaze (5453), still trying to connect my laptop (Win2K with philips WLAN-card Atheros chip 108MBit and proprietary software OR alternatively Cisco 11MBit WLAN card using FunkSoftware Odyssey Client) in WPA mode without success. I followed many advices I've read in this and other forums and elsewhere on the internet.
I also found loswillios homepage and already asked him about the setup and used the conf he provides to us (thanks again for this!), but all I see is the ssid and a "waiting for keys" on my client...!

This is running through all the time 'til I stop it!

The (bad?) thing is: When I connect my other Laptop with WinXP SP2 everything works fine!!!

So please, is there anyone out there who could explain me, what's wrong with my setup?
Or might there still be a bug in hostapd ?

Check to see if "ath0" is one of your lan interfaces in /etc/config/network . That's a big stumbling block as it's not in there by default (though it should be .... )
