I got one too :-)

Welcome to the club ;-)

I would like to tank you for kaloz to make this possible,
also for Linksys to make a generous offer

Mine was hiding in my spam-folder yikes

Got lucky.

I guess I have to keep the community updated with my project.
github.com/Configi/configi/projects/1

I also received an email this morning (and have since responded).

I have just received my confirmation email; many thanks to Linksys!

I was included as well.  Hopefully Linksys/Belkin will judge the result of this offer successful and we'll see more of this in the future.

I also received an confirmation email. Thanks Linksys!

Thanks Linksys :-)

Thank you kaloz & Linksys, I can't wait!

Super excited, I got to win one! I got xen half working, and already moved towards a docker type solution on my 1200AC. The added 500 mhz will actually make a big difference for me with the 3200. I was trying to get GlusterFS to work and the CPU would peg out on the 1200AC when I did small file copies, large files were fine. I ended up using the USB 3.0 slot with an SSD to function as additional flash memory and the USB 2 slot for the connected raid 1 enclosure. I also found that EXT4 is much less CPU intense than HFS+, but HFS+ had the fastest data transfer speed but due to the CPU bottlenecking it was negligible. If anyone wants tips or could suggest where to post instructions no how ti got GlusterFS to compile and work, let me know.

I've also been selected as one of the lucky few. Happy that Linksys managed to get this done. Also thanks to them and kaloz for the nice giveaway. Let's see when the unit actually arrives.

I meant that now the work is to do not posting that someone had won.

In example I am familiar with hardware software developement but in OpenWRT till now only form tester side. big_smile

So there will be both the fun and new skills learning. big_smile

This is cool and now devs could do some "magic" for good lol..  It could have been nice if they had released the Marvell driver source to the community smile

Driver API is opensource. The firmware is a blob though.

Which is quite normal for *all* driver needing firmware blobs.

Was there any shipping notification or acknowledgment of email receipt?

Nope.

nitroshift

no acknowledgement for me.
no shipping notification either.

Congrats to the lucky winners. I think it great that Linksys has contributed these to the community. On the other hand, I'm sorry not to have received one...

They sent me an email today, requesting some missing personal information, stating the following:

Please provide by January 31 so we can ship you your WRT3200ACM without delay.

So, shipping might start in early February.
